  1. I just placed an order, when will I receive it?
 Answer: We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. However, our products are made to order, so please allow 7-11 business days  to receive your order. If you have not received your order after 11 business days, please contact us at jenspirationbyjermarie@gmail.com
2. I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

 

Answer: We want you to love your Jenspiration purchase! But if for some reason you would like to make a return, we offer a 100% money back  guarantee if a regular priced product is unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense. Once we  have received the product, we will refund the full  amount of your original purchase. Please include a name and order number on the returned parcel/s.

3. Can I cancel my order?

Answer: You are able to cancel your order with no penalty before the item is shipped. If the item has already been shipped, please follow our “Returns” directions under our “Refund Policy”.

4. I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?

Answer: If you have accidentally entered an incorrect address, please notify us WITHIN 24 HOURS via email at jenspirationbyjermarie@gmail.com and we will make the correction. No refund will be given after 24 hours has passed

5. I have a question that wasn’t answered. Can you please help?
